How long is the hire period?
Our hire period is generally 7 days although this can be extended depending on your needs. Get in touch with us today and we’ll work out what will work best for you.
Do I need a council permit to place on my property?
On your property no you don’t. It’s possible that you may require permission from your local Council if you intend to place a skip bin in public areas such as roadsides, footpaths help sides or driveways.
Check with your local Council if you have any concerns about needing permits for such placements.
Do you offer help to get a council permit?
Yes, while we cannot guarantee the approval of each application, we can definitely help you. Once approved, we will help arrange more convenient timeframes for delivery or pickup.
What happens to the waste?

What are the different waste types?
We accept all household, commercial and industrial waste. Do you recycle?

In most cases we can have same day delivery when ordering before 10am. However due to variations in stock levels customer demand it may take anything from 24 – 48 hours days depending on availability. Please contact us directly to discuss particular circumstances.
Can I select a specific delivery time?
We strive to accommodate our clients’ preferred delivery times whenever possible. However, due to various factors like traffic conditions or other bookings, we cannot always guarantee precise delivery times.
Are there any waste limits?
Each bin has a maximum weight capacity. Please ensure not to overload it. For guidance on selecting suitable skip bin sizes for your waste handling needs or advice on safe loading practices, kindly consult our team.
Do the bins have covers or lids?
Our skip bins do not come with covers/lids. However, we advise securely tying down any loose materials to meet transportation regulations, and for the safety of our team and other road users.
Is there any limit to the amount of materials that can be placed in a bin?
Yes, we recommend that no more than 3/4ths of the total volume of the bin be filled. If your material piles up above the level with the walls, it is deemed over-stuffed and legal requirements for transport will not permit us to take away this type of waste.
